What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is produced. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins and your order will ship when it is complete.

How long will my pre-order take?

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks after the pre-order window closes for your order to be produced and shipped.

Can I return or exchange a pre-order?

All pre-order sales are final sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I change my size, colour, or shirt type after ordering?

Yes. Changes can be requested up until the pre-order window closes. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and USA. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

How do I know which size to order?

Please review the Material & Fit on the product page before placing your order to help determine the best size for you.
